Currently only 20% of Autistic people globally are in full-time employment, our vision is to see 75% of autistic adults in employment globally. By delivering the necessary Autism friendly workplaces, organisations will become Autism-Confident in delivering Autistic talent into their workplaces.

We will empower organisations through delivering bespoke workshops, consultancy and specialist projects tailored to their organisational requirements. We deliver a considerable suite of Lunch & Learn workshop packages for organisations.
