To achieve a significant rise in the employment rate for autistic people. Currently only 20% of Autistic people globally are in full-time employment, our vision is to see 75% of autistic adults in employment globally. By delivering the necessary Autism friendly workplaces, organisations will become Autism-Confident in delivering Autistic talent into their workplaces.

 

CHANGE.

To bring about change by working with organisations to identify pressure points and developmental opportunities where they can implement Autism friendly policies and practices into their business to make them confident in employing Autistic talent into their organisations.

 

EMPOWER.

We will empower organisations through delivering bespoke workshops, consultancy and specialist projects tailored to their organisational requirements. We deliver a considerable suite of Lunch & Learn workshop packages for organisations. We also deliver specialist HR & Recruitment workshops as well as a considerable range of consultancy packages all designed to make organisations Autism Confident Employers.

It was a great pleasure working with Oliver Fenghour from Advance: The Disability Consultants. Shell employees were especially interested to hear Oliver’s personal story, his diagnosis and his experiences, specifically the common workplace challenges that people with autism face.  The session was just the start of our journey to support neurodiversity in the workplace and we look forward to working with Oliver in the future.
