At Advance: The Disability Consultants we recognize that in many organisations the recruitment function represents the biggest business risk to ensuring that  an organisation is equipped to deliver a Neuroinclusive recruitment experience for Neurodivergent people applying for roles in their organisation. Recruitment and talent acquisition teams are the first impression that a candidate sees when they apply for a role and when organisations get this wrong, business, and reputational risk can follow. Data from Forbes and Savills backs up the view that organisations need to evolve to actively promote a culture of Neuroinclusion in the workplace with 53% of generation X identifying as Neurodivergent and 62% of millennials identifying as Neurodivergent, Neuroinclusion in the workplace has never been as important.
