About the event

Looking to make your recruitment processes Neuroinclusive, not sure how? Wanting to take your organisation beyond workshops to meaningful actions? This workshop is ideal for organisations seeking to make their end-end employee lifecycle processes Neuroinclusive. In this workshop we take you through a step-step guide on how to ensure that each stage of your employee lifecycle process actively supports Neurodivergent employees and candidates accessing employment opportunities in your organisation.

The workshop looks at amongst other criterion why Neurodivergent people want to work and the importance of workplace accommodations for Neurodivergent employees. The workshop then focuses on ensuring that organisations embed workplace accommodations  into their cultural norms through the importance of a universal design framework and a workplace accommodations standard to ensure that Neurodiversity becomes the culturally embedded norm in the modern workplace. The workshop also focuses on the importance of why organisations want to attract Neurodivergent talent into their workplaces…

It was a great pleasure working with Oliver Fenghour from Advance: The Disability Consultants. Shell employees were especially interested to hear Oliver’s personal story, his diagnosis and his experiences, specifically the common workplace challenges that people with autism face.  The session was just the start of our journey to support neurodiversity in the workplace and we look forward to working with Oliver in the future.
