Service Description

As part of Autism Awareness Month on the 6th & 13th of April we will be delivering workshops on Autism and the vulnerable customer journey. These workshops will look at some of the everyday challenges people with autism might experience from accessing banking services online or face too face or perhaps trying to understand complex legal or insurance documents when renewing a motor vehicle. These workshops will also look at what organisations must do to ensure that their processes and policies are inclusive for all people with autism. All of our session include breakout tasks, quizzes and debates designed to ensure that all delegates actively participate in the workshops.
